A loosed tongue and the remaking of creation

Luke 1:64, “His tongue was loosed and he began to speak.” They who suffered the shame of barren-hood in silent travail, find their tongues loosed with new songs of a better world. Their songs challenge the legitimacy of prevailing realities and their benefiting rulers. But now the Spirit restores them as co-creators in the remaking of creation. They now speak— they prophesy of its soon coming.
